Adult Fitness Classes and Services 

Normal Hours are 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday.

Unfortunately, we are NOT able to open the Swimming Pool at this time.

Monthly Adult Fitness Memberships cost $30/month, or you may choose to purchase an annual membership for $300/year (equal to 2 months free!).

You can register for Adult Fitness and complete the application either In-Person, or now you also have an Online Option.

If you choose to register and pay online by credit card for a monthly membership, then after your initial registration, your credit card on file will be regularly charged $30 on a monthly basis. If you prefer to pay month by month by cash, check, or credit card, then you may submit your registration with no payment and pay at the Front Desk.

Please read below to review the new safety and sign-up application requirements:

  • Masks must be worn at all times when in the building (except when showering). It is optional to take them off when outside of the building.
  • EVERYONE must complete a NEW SHH Adult Fitness Application, either in paper form at the Front Desk or via the online registration link on our website (see link above). If you already completed a new SHH Application for Bonnie’s Summer 2021 classes, then you do not need to repeat this step.
  • Check with your insurance company to review whether your medical insurance participates in a Fitness Plan (for example, SilverSneakersⓇ) .
  • Sign COVID-19 Waiver either in hardcopy paper packet, or signed via the online registration process.

SilverSneakers® Classic (formerly Muscular Strength and Range of Movement): Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises
designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, agility, balance, coordination, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights,
elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneakers® Circuit (formerly Cardio Circuit): Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular strength and muscular endurance
power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with
non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.

SilverSneakers® Yoga (formerly YogaStretch): SilverSneakers® Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing
yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movements.
Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
