“Sarah Heinz House is the most amazing thing I have ever been a part of. Since the first time I saw the place, I knew it was where I belonged.”
- Nicholas S. Foley, 2011-2012 National Youth of the Year

A $25 annual membership provides kids with a variety of educational and fitness programs including swimming, sports leagues, design, leadership development and homework help. Additional programs like robotics, media lab, cooking classes, dance and more are offered at low fees. We also offer summer programs including Preschool Camp, Robotics and Technology Camp, Leadership Camp and Overnight Camp.

Our Program Philosophy

We take a holistic approach to each child’s development by focusing on their emotional, intellectual, social and physical well-being.

Healthy Choices

foodA membership to Sarah Heinz House engages kids in a wide variety of programs designed to promote healthy choices and physical activity. Kids learn about the importance of good nutrition and healthy eating so they can make Healthy Choices throughout their lives. Our fitness programs provide a fun way for kids to learn new skills, engage in teamwork and stay physically active. We also provide all kids with healthy meals and snacks, free of charge.

Life Skills

Our Life Skills programs are designed to engage kids in socialization and develop leadership skills, civic-mindedness, and tools for an ethical and fulfilling life. We also offer fun STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) activities through hands-on learning and real-life experiences. These programs help develop important social skills and promote positive messages so kids gain confidence and self-awareness to succeed.
